This coaching is to help you develop wellness practices and habits that complement your life goals and therapy (if applicable). Some of these practices include but are not limited to mindfulness, emotional intelligence, gratitude, journaling, exercise, diet, healthy sleep practices, compassion and spirituality. The practices have to fit for you and within your life and belief system. Coaching is not therapy, so if you are working with a licensed mental health practitioner or psychiatrist, a release of information and coordination with the coach may be a prerequisite for this coaching. This service is available for individual session, monthly subscription and short term 3 month plans.
