Service Description

Whether you are developing a career path, struggling with relationships or trying to figure out how to have more balance in your life, we all can benefit from an objective listener that fully engages us to bring our mind, body and spirit in line with our true selves. I coach from a holistic perspective honoring your creative process and world view while challenging aspects that may be holding you back from creating the life you desire. This coaching is action oriented, and you must be ready to make some changes that you will define in coaching to move towards living an optimal life. Coaching is not meant to take the place of therapy. If the presenting issues go beyond the scope of coaching an appropriate referral or recommendation for outside support will be made by the coach. This coaching is available in packages including a monthly subscription, 3 month and 6 month plans. Additional single sessions may be purchased in the future after completing a subscription plan. All sessions are up to 50 minutes but may be less depending upon what is optimal to meet the client's needs.
